What is Archive of Dreams?

Hallo! I`m Yoshii, and this here is what I call my Archive of Dreams. This is essentially my little corner for any extra clutter that I want to keep separate from my other side. Lately I’ve been into (re)mixing songs from my favorite artists and so I want to be able to share them. I want to put them where YouTube doesn’t block this stuff so this is where they might go. There isn’t much, so this’ll get updated soon.

The first project that I'm in the process of doing is a karaoke (cover) of one of my favorite records; LOVE + FEAR by MARINA. The entire LOVE section is completed, but only half of FEAR is done. By this, I mean in terms of the audio portion. There will be a lyric video portion that will have an artwork done by myself that corresponds with that audio. I'm waiting till the rest of the Instr. and BGV versions of FEAR are released to continue.
I've gotten ideas as to what to do with the visual/artwork portion but I haven't gotten to it yet due to college.
The hardest part about all of this is where to show/post this stuff. YouTube and Soundcloud are already thrown out the window due to YT's shitty "KOOPYWRIGHT" bots that like to delete fun shit for no reason and Soundcloud for having limited space for regular members. I thought of briefly showing 5-6 second snippets of these elsewhere like Twitter, IG, and Tumblr. But I don't know, or at least I don't think, if I would put the whole things out there on those platforms. If I did (which im not going to on some), i would have to make separate pages/blogs for them. Caard only allows 4MB videos so I would have to find how else put them on here; either link google drive files, do dropbox, or use a separate tumblr and pillowfort blog and link them up here.
Whatever goes I guess.

Since none of the FEAR Instr's w/ BGV versions have been made yet, I decided to take matters to my own hands and make them myself. I had recently discovered that an audio-editing software I had has an ability to filter out the background vocals. Although I have a small problem, which is that my throat is busted after re-doing a cover over and over for not getting it right. I have done a bit more but it's still quite difficult to sing...I can't hit certain pitches like I used to for some reason. Yet I still feel the urge to continue this. I think for now, I'll put this project on hold until the end of my 1st semester of college. I need a break for a bit with the singing, but I will be planning on the cover images for these things shortly after.
